BAM Advertising kicked off the year with a remarkable achievement, clinching an award at the 2024 PRSA Renaissance Awards on Thursday, January 25th. The prestigious event took place at the Fairmont Hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh.

The agency submitted video creative (embedded below) to the PRSA Renaissance Awards committee for its work with Tipping Point on the 1400 Market Block project in Wheeling, WV. BAM received a Renaissance Award in the Integrated Marketing Campaign category for their campaign titled “Empowering Communities: A Campaign to Help Tipping Point Transform Neglected Neighborhoods”.

Tipping Point is a real estate development firm with a mission to unlock a neighborhood’s highest potential through real estate development. Tipping Point’s number one priority is to ensure that its brand and reputation are only identified by its values – teach, truth, transparency & transformation. By relentlessly integrating these values into every step of the real estate process, Tipping Point often partners with municipalities, community development corporations, and economic development organizations to redevelop properties that are top priorities for the community, but have unfortunately sat vacant for decades.

From its inception, Tipping Point tasked BAM to establish the brand and foundation described above to differentiate, influence, and positively disrupt the commercial real estate industry.  BAM was tasked with full-scope marketing services to develop Tipping Point’s overall brand strategy, unique project-specific strategies, and a cohesive external communication strategy, which included a variety of channels and formats. These include public relations & media distribution, social media, video content, website development, and print media.
