Baylie McGrady

Armed with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Slippery Rock University (class of 2019, go Rock!), Baylie McGrady channels a love for storytelling and data to elevate brands and connect with audiences. After getting a solid start at a Pittsburgh nonprofit—where she fell in love with mission-driven work—Baylie joined BAM Advertising in 2022. Here, she’s a part of the content marketing team working on all things content and strategy, from SEO and keyword research to creating compelling blogs, web development, and email marketing campaigns.

When Baylie isn’t writing or optimizing digital spaces for her clients including Culligan, Calfo Home Services, Allegheny Millwork & Lumber, and Tipping Point, she’s probably enjoying a good book (audiobooks count!!), a cup of coffee, or a sweet treat.
