SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

BAM Advertising is a full-service agency with high-profile clients coast to coast. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to own day-to-day client relationships, drive digital marketing execution, and keep programs moving with clarity, urgency, and strong communication. This is a client-facing role. 

What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with our internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative, analytics, and leadership) to deliver great work and a great client experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Client relationship ownership: Lead the client-agency relationship in all facets. You are expected to build trust, set expectations, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

  • Digital program leadership: Guide and oversee digital initiatives across SEO, PPC, and integrated campaigns, with comfort around KPIs and performance conversations

  • Budget & pacing management: Track spend, monitor pacing, manage scopes, and flag risks/opportunities early

  • Project management & coordination: Build and maintain project plans, timelines, task ownership, and dependencies across internal teams and stakeholders

  • Meeting leadership: Create agendas and recaps, facilitate meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through

  • Reporting & storytelling: Translate performance and business data into client-ready insights, updates, and recommendations

  • Presentation development: Build clear, sharp decks and materials used across the business (QBRs, strategy updates, performance readouts)

  • Positive, collaborative, and aligned approach to teamwork

Qualifications

Required / Preferred:

  • 5+ years experience preferred in a client-facing role in a digital agency or similar environment

  • Proven experience managing multiple clients and concurrent projects

  • Working knowledge of SEO and PPC, common KPIs, and the broader digital marketing landscape

  • Experience managing or supporting budgets, pacing, and reporting for marketing programs

  • Strong project management skills (process, timelines, task ownership, meeting cadence)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Experience across multiple industries, especially home service businesses

  • Experience working with integrated teams (creative, analytics, paid media, SEO)
